Discover Our Requirements Criteria
Before submitting your application, please ensure that your business meets the following criteria :
- Excellence in Service : We work with partners who are committed to providing a high-quality service and to meeting the standards we have set; honouring commitments is essential.
- Insurance and Certifications : You must have appropriate insurance (suitable professional liability cover and vehicle insurance) as well as the necessary certifications to operate in the transport sector (qualifications, licences, certificates).
- Regulatory Compliance : Your company must comply with local, national and international regulations regarding transport safety and European social regulations. You must be registered on the transport operators’ registers and up to date with your contributions; if you are not registered, we cannot work with you.
* In the event of non-compliance with these criteria, particularly with regard to European Social Regulations (ESR) or failure to keep your mandatory details up to date, we will terminate our collaboration with immediate effect.
Selection / Validation Process
Here is what you can expect after submitting your application :
- Initial Review : Our team will review your application and the documents provided to ensure they meet our requirements
- Interview : Before we begin working together, we’ll have a discussion to get to know each other better; this gives everyone the opportunity to ask questions and express their expectations.
- Approval and Agreement : If the terms of our collaboration are approved, we will send you an invitation to a dedicated platform that allows us to create your partner profile and ensure your ongoing compliance; we will then carry out an initial partnership test. Should any non-compliance with documentation requirements be identified, you will receive a notification asking you to update your details.

Becoming a Yeswetruck partner means developing your business, we do not work with conveyors but only with carriers and tow trucks. Many of our partners trust us and call on us regularly, some daily, to fill trucks or sometimes for one or a few empty spaces.
For a partnership to be sustainable, we believe in respecting mutual commitments, which is why the invoices we receive from our partners are paid 30 days from the invoice date. When the invoice is compliant, it is recorded and processed, we do not apply a longer period and do not pay late.
We work with market prices and do not apply a price-based conquest policy, this allows us to pay our partners a fair price and to perpetuate our exchanges over time.
